yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle form of yoga which allows the mind and body to slow down, giving you space to tune in to your true needs.

Through the use of supportive props, yin yoga shapes are held for 3-4 minutes, allowing the muscles to relax, inviting the joints and connective tissues to release, and your thoughts to settle.

My classes commonly include breath work and meditation to soothe the body, mind, and emotions.
