My greatest passion is to create space for others to explore their inner strength, awareness and attitudes towards life, and all those things it throws our way - from the exhilaratingly joyful to the downright challenging.
Through elements of yoga on the mat, chair or cushion - I love to work with meditation, breath work and poses to establish connection with body, mind, ourselves and others.
Professional Experience
In addition to a personal practice of tai chi, yoga and meditation of over 20 years, I have completed 500 hours of yoga alliance teacher training, with specialisations in vinyasa, yin, somatic release techniques and meditation.
I hold additional yoga alliance qualifications in yin yoga, breath-work coaching, space-holding and ceremonial cacao ritual.
At the moment, I’m very excited to be training in TRE ® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises).
I am a very proud member of the Corephysio.ch team in Unterägeri.
