BREATH WORK

Working with the breath is the cornerstone of my own personal practice, and of all the modalities and courses I offer. Returning again and again to noticing how it moves our body, awarenss of the breath provides us with grounding in the here and now. Reconnecting to this simple tool that we all carry with us can help to reduce stress, calm the mind, and ease the body.
